About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship. You will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings while ensuring all work meets code requirements.

Requirements

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License (state-specific)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a certified apprenticeship program
• Strong knowledge of NEC standards and electrical theory
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Install and repair wiring, panels, lighting, conduit, and electrical equipment
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems
• Ensure all work complies with NEC and local electrical codes
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
• Estimate materials and document work performed
• Collaborate with other trades and communicate effectively with supervisors and clients
• Provide guidance or mentorship to apprentices as needed
• Follow all company and job-site safety protocols
