As a Junior Analyst - SAP Testing and Training, you will work with multiple SAP business modules. These include Inventory Manager, Plant Maintenance, Equipment Tracking, Material Master, and Multi Resource Scheduling. You will learn to evaluate business processes and develop and execute test scripts. You will also identify and track defects, help create and maintain training materials, and provide support to users during testing and post go-live. You will use additional SAP products, including SOLMAN, HPQC, CHARM, and EnableNow, to accomplish these tasks. You will report to the SAP Supervisor - Operations and be located at Cranberry Township, PA. This is a hybrid position with 2 days remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 0-2+ years experience
  • Prior experience with any SAP business modules
  • Work with other resources to troubleshoot issues/failures.
  • Documentation skills and ability to create training and job aide material
  • Complete work on time and within budget
  • Provide high-quality support within Service level agreement
