We’re growing — and we’re looking for a motivated, people-focused recruiter to help us build outstanding teams that make a real difference in patients’ lives. We are seeking a Part-Time Junior Corporate Recruiter to join our team onsite at our Winter Park, FL corporate office. This role supports hiring across multiple clinic locations and serves as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers. You will conduct phone and video interviews, coordinate hiring workflows, and help strengthen our talent pipeline. This position is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused environment. The role starts part-time, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and company growth.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (healthcare or multi-site environment preferred).
  • Familiarity with job boards, sourcing tools, and social media recruiting.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive); ATS experience a plus.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Winter Park, FL. No remote option.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting to offer — for roles including clinical providers, medical assistants, and front-office staff.
  • Conduct phone and video interviews (Google Meet) and coordinate in-person interviews when needed.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to identify staffing needs and hiring priorities.
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and medical training programs for externship and internship pipelines.
  • Track candidate activity and recruiting metrics using ATS (Teamtailor) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a positive, professional candidate experience.
  • Represent the Medi-Weightloss brand with professionalism and integrity.
