Join our dynamic IT team as a Junior IT Admin Intern! Reporting to the Manager of IT Operations, you’ll play a key role in supporting our employees and maintaining our technology infrastructure. This position is being hired on a temporary basis, beginning April 1, with the potential to transition to a regular full-time role based on performance and business needs. You’ll gain hands-on experience with exciting projects, opportunities to build and improve solutions, and a chance to shape the future of our company’s technology. Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for collaborating effectively
• Self-motivated and curious, with a desire to grow your IT expertise
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, maintaining professionalism in all interactions
• Organized and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

• Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, or DHCP
• Microsoft SQL, VMware, or Citrix
• PowerShell, Linux, or command-line tools
• Networking concepts or Cisco hardware

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting issues with hardware, software, and systems
• Assist in managing Active Directory (AD), Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and Citrix environments
• Support and maintain laptops, desktops, Wyse terminals, printers, and other IT equipment
• Contribute to IT projects, including deploying new solutions and enhancing existing systems
• Participate in training sessions to develop skills and share knowledge with the team.
