You’ll be part of a high‑performing, professional team supporting a private corporate dining room. This role is generally Monday through Friday (must be available for PM shift, up to 10pm), no weekends or holidays, excellent benefits, and strong opportunities for career growth within a leading food service company.

Requirements

2–3 years of professional culinary experience; previous lead or supervisory experience is preferred.
Experience in fine dining, restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, higher education, or similar food service environments.
Strong understanding of culinary trends, food production, sanitation, safety, and cost control.
Ability to coach, support, and lead team members.
ServSafe or Department of Health Food Protection Certificate preferred.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, email).

Responsibilities

Assist with daily culinary operations, including menu execution, food preparation, cooking, and service.
Deliver outstanding service to both guests and clients.
Support and help guide the culinary team during daily service.
Participate in launching new menus and culinary programs in collaboration with the culinary and marketing teams.
Assist with inventory, ordering, cost controls, and maintaining kitchen organization.
Uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, sanitation, and safety.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support kitchen operations.
