The sous chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating food for meals and special events, assisting with ordering, and accommodating residents' dietary needs as required.

Requirements

  • Certification : Food Safety certification, preferred
  • Experience : Minimum 1-2 years as a cook in a fast-paced setting
  • Physical requirements : Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture
  • Communication : An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
  • Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise
