What You’ll Be Doing: As a Junk Removal Specialist, Drive our shiny 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks, visit customers on-site, and provide exceptional service by: Performing walkthroughs with customers to identify items for removal Clearly explaining our upfront pricing and service process Safely removing and loading unwanted items (furniture, appliances, yard waste, etc.) Providing a positive, professional, and respectful customer experience Working closely with your team to complete each job efficiently

Requirements

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
Valid driver’s license (preferred but not always required)
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for most of the day
Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to learn

Responsibilities

Drive our shiny 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks
Visit customers on-site
Performing walkthroughs with customers to identify items for removal
Clearly explaining our upfront pricing and service process
Safely removing and loading unwanted items (furniture, appliances, yard waste, etc.)
Providing a positive, professional, and respectful customer experience
Working closely with your team to complete each job efficiently
