About The Position

This role provides strategic technical leadership for key customers using advanced GPU cloud services for AI and ML workloads. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients design, deploy, and scale solutions while optimizing large-scale GPU infrastructures. The position involves close collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer success, drive adoption, and influence product development. You will troubleshoot complex issues, deliver technical presentations, and provide actionable guidance on high-performance computing challenges. This role is remote-friendly within the United States, with opportunities to shape the customer experience for a cutting-edge cloud platform. It is ideal for someone with deep expertise in AI infrastructure, cloud computing, and client-facing solution architecture.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in roles such as Cloud Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Engineer
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and AI/ML workloads, including large-scale GPU deployments
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Python programming, and GPU computing frameworks (e.g., CUDA, OpenCL)
  • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent project management skills, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HPC/ML orchestration frameworks (e.g., Slurm, Kubeflow)
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
  • Familiarity with AI/ML cloud tools from AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and NVIDIA
  • Experience mentoring technical teams and driving team growth
  • Proven ability to negotiate and align stakeholders on complex technical solutions

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic GPU cloud services customers, providing guidance on deployment, optimization, and scaling of AI/ML workloads
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions for large-scale GPU infrastructure environments
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities, deliver technical presentations, and support customer adoption
  • Relay customer feedback and feature requests to product teams, ensuring alignment with customer requirements
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment, negotiate solutions, and address customer challenges
  • Support documentation, best practices, and scalable operational processes to enhance customer experience
