We’re looking for a curious, organized, and creative intern to support projects that power learning across the organization. This is a people-focused, systems-minded opportunity to help build the infrastructure behind how OTG learns, grows, and scales.

Requirements

  • Passionate about learning, leadership development, and building strong organizational culture.
  • Highly organized and love turning information into clear, structured resources.
  • Excited to help build OTG’s knowledge base using Scribe, centralizing processes so teams can learn and scale effectively.
  • Enjoy blending creativity with strategy, supporting engagement and organizational development events while using Workshop to design communication templates and experiences.
  • Curious about learning systems and eager to support the integration and rollout of a new LMS.
  • Detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, and energized by projects that help people grow.
  • Enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor’s Program in an accredited College or University, pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
