About The Position

Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. Position Summary: The Warehouse Operator L1 is responsible for supporting comprehensive Warehouse and Kit Room operations. This includes the inspection, packing, shipping, and receiving packages, as well as picking specialized products for internal and external customers. Individuals are cross trained in all aspects of warehouse responsibilities but may not perform every duty daily. Job Function: All job functions must be in accordance with the department procedures and any other document necessary. Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • 1+ year of warehouse experience is required.
  • Ability to read, write, and orally communicate in English is a must.
  • Basic computer skills required, including use of MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel).
  • Familiar with basic office equipment including telephone, third-party carrier software, and PC.
  • Must be able to utilize a forklift and pallet jacks.
  • Time management and prioritization are critical.
  • Comply, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Ability and willingness to abide by Company’s Code of Conduct.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in system ERP is preferred.
  • Demonstrate an interest/creativity for increased productivity and warehouse space/system utilization.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize the ERP warehouse system as needed.
  • Prep orders as instructed on the packing slip, License plates and or Production orders.
  • Inspect, Pick, Pack & Ship orders/packages requested by other departments or interoffice personnel.
  • Verify that all chemicals are stored and handled according to the safety protocols outlined in the department procedures.
  • Utilize internal applications such as Arena and U-Viewer for document retrieval.
  • Load & Unload and sort merchandise off of the delivery vehicles.
  • Verify merchandise received and communicate any discrepancies to the department leader.
  • Receive and put-away products onto the shelves.
  • Assist in physical inventory and cycle counts.
  • Ensure all FET QUADs are handled and stored exclusively within the designated clean room environment.
  • Handle all ESD products while wearing a company provided lab coat and foot strap.
  • Research and resolve potential discrepancies if not, notify team leader, supervisor, or manager for resolution.
  • Assist in all other tasks not defined on this document.
