Job Description: SUMMARY Ensures the organization is prepared to operate the future-state L2C model at each release. Aligns process changes, role impacts, deployment timing, and operational safeguards so go-lives are deliberate, controlled, and supported by the business. Owns release deployment planning and execution across L2C. Partners closely with Pillar Leads, the Chief Architect, and Program Manager to ensure every release moves through final readiness checks, cutover preparation, activation, and hypercare transition with flawless cross-pillar coordination. Reports into the L2C Management Office (LMO).

Requirements

  • Experience leading business-side deployment and stabilization in complex transformations
  • Strong understanding of front-office and back-office operational dependencies
  • Ability to translate program milestones into tangible business preparedness checkpoints
  • Structured, risk-oriented mindset with bias toward controlled execution
  • Clear communicator able to engage operational leaders with credibility
  • 8–12+ years in transformation delivery, deployment leadership, or operational readiness roles
  • Experience supporting enterprise system implementations impacting revenue and customer processes
  • Familiarity with Lead-to-Cash domains and executive-level go-live governance expectations

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Readiness Framing: Define what “ready” means for each release; including role clarity, operational controls, training completion, and support structures — and ensure criteria are measurable and enforced.
  • Release & Deployment Orchestration: Coordinate deployment sequencing across pillars to minimize disruption and manage business capacity constraints.
  • Cutover Planning and Execution: Own cutover runbooks, timing, checkpoints, and resource assignment/allocation.
  • Operational Continuity Safeguards: Identify where process or system changes create risk to revenue, customer experience, or compliance; ensure mitigation and fallback plans are in place prior to go-live.
  • User Validation & Sign-Off Discipline: Oversee business participation in UAT; ensure entry/exit criteria are upheld and that acceptance reflects operational reality.
  • Stabilization & Early-Life Support: Shape and monitor hypercare approach, including issue triage, ownership clarity, and escalation pathways.
  • Leadership Transparency: Provide fact-based visibility to readiness gaps, adoption risk, and stabilization trends to enable informed go/no-go decisions.
  • External and Internal Comms: Orchestrate communications strategy for internal (e.g., sales, business, IT) and external (e.g. customers, partners) stakeholders
