Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience with advanced proficiency in Project Management
- Minimum 4 years experience driving end to end Lab Readiness efforts in support of custom NPI programs and HACK initiatives
- Minimum 4 years experience managing lab buildout schedules, equipment installation, and infrastructure readiness to support NPI development and testing
- High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to meet goals.
- Drive end-to-end Lab Readiness efforts in support of custom NPI programs and HACK initiatives.
- Manage lab buildout schedules, equipment installation, and infrastructure readiness to support NPI development and testing.
- Partner with engineering, facilities, safety, and operations teams to ensure lab environments are compliant, functional, and aligned with program needs.
- Track readiness metrics, dependencies, and blockers; provide timely updates to NPI PMs and leadership.
- Coordinate allocation of lab resources, including tools, benches, network setups, and environmental controls.
- Maintain documentation for lab configuration, readiness checklists, and operational handoffs.
- Support scalability and repeatability of lab setup processes for future NPI growth.
