PRIMARY DUTIES • Perform more complex laboratory procedures and experiments with minimal supervision. • Analyze experimental results and report findings to senior team members. • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs and maintenance. • Participate in the design and optimization of experimental protocols. • Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute research projects. • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
