Responsibilities
- Perform more complex laboratory procedures and experiments with minimal supervision.
- Analyze experimental results and report findings to senior team members.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs and maintenance.
- Participate in the design and optimization of experimental protocols.
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute research projects.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
