J ob Summary: Our operating unit provides underground utility services, and we are looking for a Construction Laborer to join our team. This position requires organization, timeliness, accuracy and great focus to detail and safety.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• DOT Medical card will be required before being eligible to drive a company vehicle.
• Must have great communication skills.
• A positive can-do attitude and openness to trying things in new ways.
• GRIT values – Guts, Reliability, Innovation, and Teamwork.
• Lifting up to 50lbs frequently.

Nice To Haves

• Hardworking, honest, dependable, and some knowledge of construction would be helpful but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to perform physical labor.
• Operating hand and/or power tools.
• Loading and Unloading materials, supplies, equipment and tools.
• Assisting and following Project Manager's instructions.
• Preparing and cleaning jobsite.
• Maintaining Equipment.
• Working as a team to complete task.
