About The Position

The Port of Beemac in Leetsdale Industrial Park operates 24/7. In this role, you will safely load and unload material from barges, trucks, and railcars in a heavy-industrial, outdoor environment. Forklift or crane experience is a plus — but not required — we will train the right people. Shifts Available: 7AM or 7PM (10–12 hr. shifts)

Requirements

• Hard-working, quick-thinking, reliable team players
• Able to work outdoors year-round (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
• Flexibility to work weekends/overtime when required
• Reliable transportation to Leetsdale Industrial Park
• Ability to lift 60lbs routinely
• Must pass drug screen, non-DOT physical, and lift test
• Ability to pass training and required testing.
• Must have a flexible schedule, including availability work weekends.
• Must be willing to work shifts and/or overtime hours during the week/weekends as dictated by operations.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. frequently.
• Willing to work in areas with full exposure to the elements year-round.
• Must have recent work history and a proven track record working cross-functionally.
• Ability to work well with all levels of team members with different backgrounds and needs.
• Must be able to work independently based on periodic guidance and direction.
• Must be able to perform tasks in a timely and safe manner.

Benefits

• $500 bonus at 90 days + $1,000 at 180 days, for qualifying employees
• $100 monthly bonus after 180 days, for qualifying employees
