About The Position
Landscape Installation Crew Leaders will lead a crew and oversee assigned installation projects ensuring that all work performed is done to the highest standard, on time, and to budget. Qualified applicants will have a desire to create beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients and demonstrate the value of teamwork. Requirements
- Previous supervisory/leadership leadership experience, required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- ability to read/execute basic field reports/directions
Nice To Haves
- Previous construction background, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Direct and work with crew members to complete residential and commercial projects.
- Ensure that team has necessary tools and materials to accomplish projects.
- Manage time, productivity, and material record keeping.
- Provide consistent and timely communication with customers, employees and managers.
- Ensure adherence to plans and quality of work.
- Utilize hands-on training philosophies and demonstrate a strong work ethic through your example.
- Promote safety, performance, and well-being of all crews.
