Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 1 year of landscape maintenance experience
- Strong work ethic and leadership mindset
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Professional and respectful communicator
- Positive attitude and dependable attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
Responsibilities
- Leading and organizing your maintenance crew daily
- Following weekly schedules and completing jobs on time
- Delegating tasks and ensuring quality standards are met
- Supervising maintenance, watering, and chemical applications
- Monitoring plant health and identifying disease or pest issues
- Ensuring crew safety compliance
- Entering time for yourself and crew members
- Communicating professionally with clients and team members
