About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Landscaping & Remodeling Technician to support the beautification, maintenance, and renovation of residential and commercial properties. This hands-on role focuses on improving both appearance and functionality through landscaping services and interior/exterior remodeling projects. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors and indoors on a variety of tasks.

Requirements

• Prior experience in landscaping, remodeling, construction, or a related trade preferred
• Working knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, standing, and working in varying weather conditions
• Basic understanding of blueprints and building codes is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lawn care, including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and seasonal clean-ups
• Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges; install plants, mulch, and sod
• Operate landscaping and power equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with installation and maintenance of irrigation systems and hardscapes (pavers, retaining walls, walkways)
• Perform selective demolition and site preparation
• Complete rough and finish carpentry, including framing, drywall, flooring, and painting
• Install cabinets, fixtures, trim, windows, and doors
• Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and project plans
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
