What you will do We are looking for a Landscape Technician to complete detailed construction and irrigation designs for small and large landscape architecture projects in the Pacific Northwest. In addition, this individual will assist in design, CAD and graphic production on various landscape architecture projects as needed. This position includes opportunities to work on a wide variety of challenging and interesting landscape architecture projects.

Requirements

  • Must have an Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and 3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret local codes as they relate to irrigation and landscape architecture design, and excellent irrigation design skills.
  • Familiarity with the irrigation industry and the manufacturers of irrigation products.
  • Strong time management skills, personal accountability with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to perform work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Proficient AutoCAD skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with LandFX is desirable but not required.
  • Two years of field construction experience and Certified Irrigation Designer (CID) or Auditor (CLIA) preferred.
