About The Position

Marketing Alliance Group is seeking a dedicated Landscaper to join our team. This position involves working on both commercial and residential properties across various locations in Dalton, Calhoun, and Chattanooga. The ideal candidate will have previous landscaping experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

• Previous landscaping experience is required.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles.
• Working knowledge of typical lawn care and plants; lawn equipment uses, maintenance and repair.
• Must have general “handyman” knowledge to be used in a wide range of light maintenance for both interior and exterior structure repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Has previous landscaping experience
• Is comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Can lift, push/pull, reach, stoop, walk, climb and twist

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance landscapes for both commercial and residential properties.
• Perform a variety of tasks including planting, mowing, trimming, mulching, and general upkeep.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with team members to execute landscape designs and projects.
• Ensure job sites are clean and organized at all times.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
• Work effectively with other team members in a production environment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
