About The Position

Our client is a leading iGaming solutions provider offering a comprehensive range of products for online casinos and sportsbooks, including game aggregation, payment integration, licensing support and turnkey platform development. The company specializes in innovative technologies such as AI-powered analytics and crypto-friendly systems, serving clients across Europe, Asia and Latin America. As the business continues to scale and expand into new regulated markets, we are now looking for a proactive Lawyer.

Requirements

• Higher legal education
• At least 2 years of experience in iGaming industry
• Fluent English and Russian
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and learn quickly
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
• Not afraid to take initiative and ask questions

Nice To Haves

• Experience drafting agreements is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for the Company’s ongoing and new iGaming projects, ensuring legal security of new initiatives;
• Advise management and internal teams on legal and regulatory matters and support business development from a legal perspective;
• Draft, review, and amend contracts with clients and third-party service providers;
• Monitor gambling regulations and industry developments across key gaming jurisdictions;
• Ensure and monitor the Company’s compliance with licensing, regulatory, AML/KYC, and responsible gambling requirements in licensed markets;
• Assist in developing and updating internal legal policies and procedures;
• Support legal aspects and legal strategy development for White Label iGaming setups;
• Assist in assessing White Label partnership models and related regulatory implications and risks;
• Draft, review, and negotiate White Label agreements and related documentation;
• Coordinate partner onboarding from a legal and compliance perspective;
• Ensure White Label solutions comply with applicable licensing and regulatory requirements
