Location Houston, TX Role Summary This role is responsible for leading the configuration, optimization, and support of Workday Recruiting, Talent Management, and HR technology integrations. The Lead HRIS Analyst partners closely with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure scalable, compliant, and reliable HR systems that support global business needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Workday functional configuration experience in a global environment
  • Strong expertise in Recruiting and/or Talent Management modules
  • Solid understanding of Workday integrations and data flow concepts
  • Proven ability to lead deployments and resolve complex system issues
  • Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Workday integrations (EIBs, Studio, APIs, or vendor feeds)
  • Prior experience in a Lead or senior HRIS role
  • Exposure to Compensation, Talent, or Performance processes
  • Experience in audit-driven or SOX-controlled environments

Responsibilities

  • Own Workday Recruiting and Talent Management module configuration and support
  • Lead HRIS integrations and data flows , including troubleshooting and coordination with vendors
  • Manage system enhancements, testing, and deployments
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions
  • Ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and security compliance
  • Provide advanced user support, training, and documentation
  • Serve as a technical lead and escalation point for HR technology initiatives
