About The Position

As our Lead Associate Trainer, you'll architect the learning and development infrastructure that powers advisor success at Farther. This isn't about executing someone else's training plan — you'll be the strategic designer who builds comprehensive curriculum frameworks from the ground up, establishes training philosophy grounded in adult learning principles, and creates scalable programs that support advisors throughout their entire journey with us. You'll bring expertise in curriculum development and instructional design, applying best practices from whatever industries you've worked in before. We don't need you to be a financial services expert — we need you to be a learning expert who can quickly absorb new domains and translate complex concepts into effective training experiences. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build an enterprise-grade curriculum at a fast-growing fintech, partnering directly with leadership to shape how we develop and support our advisor community.
