Applies advanced knowledge of compensation principles and organizational strategy to solve moderate to complex problems that may not have well-defined solutions. Works independently with minimal supervision, providing expertise and guidance in compensation-related matters. As the senior consultant on the team, the Lead Compensation Analyst will be a mentor to other Compensation team members and provide guidance and support on complex projects or compensation issues.
