Lead Data Reporting Analyst (REMOTE)

Requirements
- 5+ years in data analytics or reporting roles, ideally in SaaS, travel-tech, or e-commerce
- Advanced SQL and hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL pipelines, and cloud data warehouses
- Ability to explain complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- High attention to detail with strong organization and follow-through
Responsibilities
- Aggregate, validate, and govern data across booking systems, CRM, finance tools, and partners
- Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports tracking usage, spend, and satisfaction
- Deliver recurring reporting for leadership on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence
- Analyze trends and cohorts to surface risks, growth opportunities, and inefficiencies
- Create clear visuals and insights for QBRs, EBRs, and executive readouts
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and external teams to improve data pipelines and definitions
