This position is responsible for preparing and serving deli foods during assigned shifts according to company recipes, quality standards, and health regulations. The role works closely with kitchen staff and other employees to ensure efficient food production and excellent customer service. Responsible for preparing, seasoning, finishing, and garnishing all food in Deli preparation in accordance with established recipes. Performs as a team member with; Line Cooks, Dishwashers, Supervisors, Chefs, Servers and pertinent Company Employees in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation on a scheduled shift. Follows all recipes and control procedures. Assists in all areas of food production as needed. Handles any Customer complaints and resolves them quickly and courteously. Responsible for maintaining a consistent and regular attendance record. Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary area at all times in full accordance with State Health Regulations. Ability to handle cash, tip out servers and cashiers, close out drawer, process refunds and use the cash register to assist in anyway needed. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversees subordinate personnel, carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
