About The Position

Ability Beyond is seeking a Lead Facilities Technician to help maintain safe, reliable, and well-functioning facilities across our organization. This role combines hands-on maintenance work with field leadership, supporting preventative maintenance, repairs, and operational improvements across agency properties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of facilities or maintenance experience
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field

Nice To Haves

  • Trade school certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform facility maintenance including painting, sheetrock repair, and minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
  • Support and oversee preventative maintenance activities across facilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues and urgent work orders
  • Conduct inspections of equipment, tools, vehicles, and generators
  • Provide technical guidance and support to Facilities Technicians
  • Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
