This role reports directly to the Global Sales Code Director and works alongside the Global Sales Go To Market (GTM) team and Global Sport Sales Directors (SSD’s). Integrates and communicates moderately complex information, sometimes to audiences who are not familiar with the subject matter. Acts as a resource to key partners; Global SBDs, ND Merch and Planning, the Central Code team, Sport Integration leads, Brand Planning, Concepts, Sales and Geo GTM partners. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON Role Overview As the Lead, Global Sales Code your primary focus will be to drive the seasonal execution and improvements within Partner Marketplace Code. This role collaborates closely with the Global Nike Direct Go-To-Market (GTM) team to facilitate the seamless execution of seasonal initiatives and optimize processes supporting Nike’s overarching Marketplace Strategy. In this capacity, the Lead is responsible for managing activities related to the Global Partner Marketplace within the X-Sport Enterprise Code framework. The role also entails working in concert with Nike Direct and various functional stakeholders to enhance the efficiency and integration of Marketplace Code operations, as well as to foster improved engagement across teams.
