Fanatics Betting & Gaming is looking for a Lead CRM & Email Designer to drive the creative execution of lifecycle marketing communications across email and CRM channels. This role will be responsible for designing high-impact, performance-driven communications that engage customers across promotional campaigns, product launches, and lifecycle journeys. As part of the Marketing Creative team, this role will work closely with CRM marketers, product teams, and developers to translate marketing strategies into visually compelling and conversion-focused customer communications. This position reports directly to the Senior Design Director and serves as the creative lead for CRM and email design across Fanatics Betting & Gaming. While this role provides creative leadership and guidance across CRM initiatives, it does not have direct reports. The ideal candidate is both a highly skilled visual designer and an expert in modern email and CRM design systems, with a strong understanding of responsive email design, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation platforms. You should have expert-level proficiency in Figma, strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and a working understanding of HTML5 and email development best practices. This role is highly collaborative and plays a key part in ensuring that Fanatics Betting & Gaming delivers world-class, on-brand customer communications at scale.
