The Lead of Internal Communications is responsible for leading the development and executing internal communications strategies and campaigns that support L.A. Care’s organizational priorities, culture, and employee engagement goals. This position plays a key part in shaping the employee experience by producing clear, compelling, and culturally competent messaging across multiple internal channels. The Lead collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to communicate the strategic vision of the organization, promote transparency, and foster a connected workplace. This position contributes to enterprise-wide initiatives that reinforce L.A. Care’s strategic vision, mission, and values. Leads and works closely with assigned team on a daily basis. This position will mentor, coach, and may provide feedback to management on performance of staff. Ensure team effectiveness and project completion.
