About The Position

SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Support and assist in overseeing the supervision of all Inventory personnel; responsible for the movement and assignment of all inventory in the warehouse ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Additional duties, which are necessary to carry out the function of Lead Inventory Clerk, may be assigned and are incorporated by reference into this job description.

Responsibilities

Overseeing and assisting in the supervision of all inventory staff in order to ensure proper communication to Operations Coordinator
Assigning locations and maintaining inventory of all products in the warehouse
Coordinating all computer related information concerning product inventory pallets and locations as provided by warehouse staff, buyers and other departments
Making adjustments to the inventory count for improperly received or located inventory
Cyclic count of inventory and products which are “scratched” or not found by other employees to determine if the product can be found or if the inventory needs to be adjusted
Maintaining inventory by pallet in specific locations in the warehouse
Putting up returns/good product into correct pick/replenish location
Knowledgeable use of RF terminal to track the materials for inventory control
Reports to work on time, as directed by the Operations Coordinator, and completes all duties in a timely manner
Performs above listed duties in a cooperative, capable manner while processing the information effectively and communicating the information as needed effectively
Perform any other duty assigned by Operations Coordinator or upper management team as needed
