About The Position
We are hiring a Lead Manufacturing Technician to provide advanced technical support within a production team. This role serves as a working lead, supporting fabrication and welding operations while ensuring quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong experience in fabrication and welding
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience troubleshooting fit, alignment, and production issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

- Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform complex fabrication and welding operations
- Assist with setup, fit-up, and sequencing of production work
- Support troubleshooting of dimensional and technical issues
- Ensure work meets engineering drawings and specifications
- Mentor and support Manufacturing Technicians
- Maintain workflow to meet daily production targets
