About The Position

As a Lead Quality Engineering Technician here at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our aerospace products. You will collaborate with a team of technicians and engineers to provide technical expertise to support our manufacturing processes and maintain compliance with industry standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to the success of our projects and the overall growth of our business. You will report directly to our Sr. Quality Engineering Manager and you'll work on site at our Minneapolis, MN location. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our Aerospace business unit by leading quality inspections, conducting first article inspections, participate in audits, and implementing corrective actions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards. Your strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities will be instrumental in identifying and resolving quality issues.
