Lead Painter - Full Time (Tropicana Atlantic City)
About The Position
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Understands and responds to internal guests needs. Communicates in a friendly, respectful and understandable manner. Politely gives consistent, timely and accurate information and finds answer when unsure. Uses outlined service behaviors when encountering guests. Meets expected service delivery times as defined by department’s service standards or as required by receiver of service or goods. Is a team player, cooperates with employees within the department as well as other departments. Speaks positively about the company, co-workers and guests. Schedules, assigns and participates in the Preventive Maintenance Program as required for the Paint Shop. Ensures that all scheduled work is completed. Maintains all required records specified by management. Ensures inventory levels are maintained and orders supplies as necessary. Completes special assignments for management and above as requested. $44.72 Per Hour
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
- Requires a minimum of five years’ experience in paint/vinyl application.
- Must know all phases of painting, preparing, ordering and the application of paints and wall coverings.
- Must possess a valid New Jersey driver’s license.
- CER license is required
