Neon is looking for a strategic, highly organized, and analytical Lead Product Marketing Manager to serve as the foundational pillar of our marketing team. Additionally, you will own our brand identity and content engine. The ideal candidate is a "full-stack" marketer who can alternate between high-level strategic planning and hands-on execution. You are a master of cross-functional orchestration, able to align Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to deliver a cohesive narrative to our customers.
