Your Role As the Lead Quality Assurance Engineer on the Frontends Development team, you will be a key leader in our mission to empower product squads to design and build modern, scalable, and accessible front-end apps. Your work will have a deep impact on how we operate in a key area of our business—front-end quality. You'll be given general problems and be left to your own devices to define and implement solutions. Your focus will be on the months and quarters ahead, and you'll have ownership over automation of the product and the technical solutions. You will have an in-depth understanding of the current state of automation, using data to measurably improve reliability and coverage. You will coach and guide product squads to find defects earlier, all while evangelizing your favored solutions and defending your approach to other leaders. You will not only be a technical expert but also a coach who fosters an environment where your teammates can grow and succeed. Our priority is to hire someone for this role who lives near our office in Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska, but we're also open to remote candidates who live in the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NH, NC, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WY.
