What you’ll do: Design, develop, and maintain GIS databases supporting wireless and wireline network assets Integrate spatial data from multiple sources (engineering systems, field data, imagery, GPS) Produce maps, dashboards, and analytical reports to support network planning and decision‑making Perform spatial and network analyses to identify coverage gaps, capacity needs, and expansion opportunities Support cross‑functional teams with geospatial data and GIS expertise Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal standards What you’ll need: As a Lead RAN Engineering, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership. Provide expert radio frequency (RF) engineering and Radio Access Network (RAN) design engineering to ensure robust and efficient network performance. Develop strategic solutions; ensure alignment with organizational goals; solve moderate to complex issues.
