About The Position

We're a dedicated restoration company specializing in water damage, mold remediation, and fire/smoke recovery, and we're positioned for significant expansion in the Rocklin/Sacramento region. As a small, owner-operated business, we're agile and focused on quality, offering a unique opportunity for a skilled Lead Restoration Technician to contribute from the start. This role is your entry point into a venture with real momentum, help us build it, and grow with us as we scale. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in restoration services (water, mold, fire), with lead or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Relevant certifications, such as IICRC in Water Damage, Mold Remediation, or Fire & Smoke Restoration.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Dependable transportation and the flexibility to engage when projects demand it.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit: Eager to innovate, take initiative, and thrive in a startup-like setting.
