Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in restoration services (water, mold, fire), with lead or supervisory experience preferred.
Relevant certifications, such as IICRC in Water Damage, Mold Remediation, or Fire & Smoke Restoration.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
Dependable transportation and the flexibility to engage when projects demand it.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed inspections and execute restoration work for water, mold, and fire damage with expertise and efficiency.
