Requirements

  • Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study and six (6) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master’s degree and four (4) years of related experience.
  • Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Power BI Reports development; Power BI Governance and Data Security; Managing & developing Power Automate flows; Power Automate Governance; Power Automate Desktop development and governance; Process Mining Development and governance; Power Apps development; DLP policies implementation; Model Driven Apps development; Dataverse roles & administration; Managing & developing Power Pages sites; Analysis, design, hands-on development using SharePoint Framework, React, JavaScript, Fluent UI, and delivery of SharePoint-based applications; Azure Development (Functions, App service, Key Vaults), Integration with SharePoint Online, Power Platform; and PowerShell scripting.

  • Responsible for architecting and designing Power Platform environments, liaising with IT, Security, and other technical groups to ensure all integration needs are met and fully implemented. Provide hands-on technical expertise to design and implement Power Platform based solutions satisfying customer requirements by crafting Power Apps and Power Platform solutions with the ability to impart knowledge to the team. Understand and anticipate current and future data integration requirements, and other non-M365 applications. Lead technical design sessions with the pro and citizen development stakeholders. Guide technology/solution decisions with architecture and product teams for projects. Partner with security and risk teams in implementing process changes to ensure compliance with privacy policies, security audits, and certifications. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business processes and feature requirements to create viable solutions. Influence and govern current and future architectural blueprints and promoting architectural initiatives that generate revenue, improve efficiency, and support ADP business strategy. Perform code reviews respectively to ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architecture/design or Microsoft recommended best practices for Power Platform, Azure and SharePoint Online. Perform fit-gap analysis to identify the difference between the known requirements and the proposed or current solution. Partner with cross-function technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery and integrate the business strategy and knowledge of software capabilities (current and future) into the direction for all products.
