About The Position

Direct the SSC Task Order support and act as the primary contact for all SSC-related matters. Oversee server operations, supporting approximately 26 HNC-TO Mission Servers (various security classification levels). Perform installation, configuration, routine/emergency maintenance, and proactive resolution of software and hardware issues. Ensure patching, server audit, compliance with security technical implementation guides (STIGs), and configuration management. Provide weekly SSC ticket and status reports to the CSO and COR. Lead backup, disaster recovery, and incident response procedures for server systems. Troubleshoot network/server component configuration issues and recommend corrective actions. Document all system administration, backup, and audit activity in accordance with established processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory
• Microsoft Server 2008 or higher
• VMWare 5.1 or higher and vSphere Administration
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II baseline certification (Security+ CE preferred)
• Must possess or be able to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance and a valid Counter Intelligence (CI) Polygraph for NSA server access.
