We’re excited to be expanding our in-home services and are looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. We are currently hiring a Lead Supported Services Professional in Kearney, NE to join our growing team. As a Lead Supported Services Professional, you’ll work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in both in-home and community settings. You’ll support individuals in achieving their goals and living meaningful lives by assisting with daily living activities and skill development. Professionalism is essential, as you’ll be entering the homes of those we support. In addition to direct support, this leadership role includes responsibilities such as scheduling and billing.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass all background checks
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Strong communication skills
