About The Position

Nebraska Children and Families Foundation (NCFF) is a nonprofit created to support children, young adults, and families with the overall goal of giving our state's children what they need to thrive. We do this by building strong communities that support families. Our mission is to create positive change for Nebraska’s children through community engagement, and we believe in a Nebraska where all children will have the resources and support to thrive. Nebraska Children and Families Foundation seeks a technology enthusiast to join our Operations & IT Solutions department. If you have experience in a few of the areas below and a genuine curiosity to grow into the others, this role will give you hands-on exposure across web application development, Linux server administration, and helping staff get the most out of the technology tools available to them. For over 25 years, NCFF has been using evidence-based and evidence-informed practices to help children, young adults, and families thrive. Technology plays a growing role in how we coordinate with partners statewide, manage complex awards & contracts, and demonstrate the impact of our work. As the Technology Solutions Lead, you will take ownership of key technology workstreams within the Operations & IT Solutions department. Our flagship workstream for 2026 is CI Atlas, an ERP purpose-built for Collective Impact backbone organizations. You will serve as a key developer on the project, collaborating closely with the VP of Operations & IT Solutions to take CI Atlas from vision to reality. Beyond development, you will manage NCFF's self-hosted applications, server infrastructure and drive technology adoption to ensure staff get real value from the solutions we build and deploy.
