About The Position

The Lead Training Consultant at Argano is a senior role that strategizes, designs, and delivers training programs on software implementation projects within Argano. This position requires strategic thinking, leadership, and a deep understanding of both business and technology training needs. They work closely with clients to identify their specific needs, create tailored training content, and deliver engaging sessions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the solution implemented by Argano. Throughout the lifespan of a project, Lead Training Consultants plan for training, monitor training budget/hours/scope throughout a project, develop custom training content, and deliver training to users. Planning for training includes consulting on industry best practices, making informed training recommendations, and developing the best training strategy for the client's unique culture of learning. Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in training or related roles
  • Proven success in developing and implementing software training methodologies & strategies.
  • Proven expertise in instructional design and instructional accessibility.
  • Delivering training content related to SAP, preferably S/4HANA.
  • Leading teams and directing group efforts toward common goals & shared objectives, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Leading and managing client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, expected.

Nice To Haves

  • Providing user training through the WalkMe digital adoption platform.
  • Leading, assisting or supporting large-scale deployments of software solutions from a training or instructional design perspective.
  • MBA or relevant master's degree, advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, conversations, and workshops to identify client training requirements.
  • Lead client engagements regarding any Argano-led training for the project, managing relationships and setting expectations.
  • Support and deliver software training programs.
  • Be able to be flexible and modify training plans as required.
  • Develop custom software training materials then train client trainers or users with the materials we have created.
  • Close work and knowledge transfer with functional and technical consultants on the project to understand the customizations that have been made.
  • Conduct assessments to measure training program effectiveness.
  • Help develop and execute the overall training strategy for Argano.
  • Mentor training consultants and lead by example.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Drive innovation in training methodologies and delivery.
