Overview Leads brand and focus product strategy within Ferguson’s Facilities Supply Team, Hospitality Renovations Team and All LIXIL MRO Customers with a focus on driving sales growth Primarily for AS and GROHE, with limited focus on DXV and GROHE SPA. Responsibilities This role works closely with the LIXIL District Managers, Field Sales Teams / Agencies, and LIXIL Business Development Teams to develop and implement programs, promotional plans, and sales strategies tailored to Ferguson’s Facilities Supply Team and Hospitality Renovations Team. Independently to develop / Implement programs and sales strategies for all other MRO Customers. Will play a key part in supporting aligned initiatives as needed. Serving as the primary contact for all LIXIL Field Sales teams and Brand / Channel Marketing Teams with regards to product initiatives meant for the FFS, Hospitality and MRO Channel Customers (Grainger, McMaster-Carr and Fastenal). Seeking candidates preferrably in the Eastern or Central Time Zone. Requires strategic agility, multitasking, and strong team-building and relationship skills to bridge the needs of Ferguson and MRO Customers within the capabilities of LIXIL's various functions.

Responsibilities

  • Align to LIXIL’s growth strategies to deliver full-year business for Ferguson and MRO Channel Customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Ferguson FFS Directors and the Hospitality & Renovations Team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with LIXIL MRO Customers and One Solution Sales / Marketing Agency
  • Identify and develop MRO Channel promotional opportunities for FEI FFS
  • Develop / Drive Key Product initiatives for MRO Channels - Commercial, Hospitality, Healthcare and Multi-Family
  • Drive Key Products Focused on MRO Channel Initiatives: Sustainability, Productivity, Cost-Out and Health / Safety
  • Plan, prepare and execute Key MRO Channel Trade Shows (Ferguson FFS Show & Grainger Annual Show)
  • Collaborate with Brand Teams to identify assortment gaps and emerging opportunities within ASB & GROHE Product Set
  • Competitive Intelligence: Identify key competitive actions/initiatives being taken in the Commercial, Residential or Hospitality Space, New Innovative Products, New Colors/Finishes, or Design Styles - report out to Brand and Leadership teams
  • Grow business by anticipating customer needs, determining appropriate solutions to business problems, and providing an overall high level of customer service
  • Partner with Ferguson FFS Regional Managers to implement sales plans and growth strategies
  • Coordinate with LIXIL Training and Brand teams to provide training opportunities for FEI FFS Sales Teams
  • Serve as key Point of Contact Between LIXIL District Managers and Field Sales Teams to ensure Focus Product and Brand Initiative Execution are aligned
