As our first Leadership Recruiter at Vanta, you’ll help shape the future of our leadership team and build a scalable leadership recruiting function. This is a high-impact role for someone who’s excited to partner directly with C-suite and VP-level leaders to define roles, influence hiring strategy, and bring in high-impact talent across both technical and non-technical functions. You’ll elevate how leadership recruiting operates at Vanta - introducing structure where needed, leveraging data and market intelligence to guide decisions, and closing complex, competitive hires that meaningfully shape the company’s trajectory.
