The Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for building, implementing and administering the organisation’s learning and development infrastructure. This role will coordinate learning programmes end to end while taking ownership of the learning management system, ensuring it is designed, configured and maintained to support a structured, scalable and high-quality learning experience across the business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys creating order, building systems and ensuring learning activity is well coordinated, accurately recorded and consistently delivered.
