About The Position

The Learning & Development Coordinator supports the Director of Training & Development by creating engaging, learner-centered training content for onboarding, continued education, and leadership support/development. This role applies to instructional design best practices to build impactful learning experiences that strengthen individual and team performance and the ability to combine instructional design capability, content development skills, and operational execution. Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business needs into structured learning solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills in a remote environment.
