The Learning Partner II is an intermediate role tasked with taking on more complex training projects and providing guidance to Learning Partner I team members. This role involves deeper engagement with business stakeholders to conduct thorough learning needs assessments and develop sophisticated training programs that drive organizational success. The Learning Partner II designs and implements training initiatives that enhance employee competencies, support change management efforts, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role collaborates with senior learning professionals, project stakeholders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to align training programs with best practices and regulatory requirements, utilizing innovative instructional design techniques. Additionally, the Learning Partner II is responsible for mentoring entry-level colleagues and sharing best practices to elevate the overall capability of the learning team. As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.
